My name is Oleksandr, and I've been perfecting my craft for years. I started in 2010, learning hands-on from master craftsmen in every specialty - plumbing, electrical, tiling, woodwork, painting and so much more.
This traditional approach taught me not just how to do the work, but how to do it right. No shortcuts, no guessing - just solid skills built through thousands of real projects.

Ask directlyAll of South Holland. Most of my work is in Rotterdam, Den Haag, Delft, Leiden, Zoetermeer, Dordrecht and Gouda, but I also come out to Schiedam, Vlaardingen, Rijswijk, Capelle aan den IJssel, Barendrecht, Katwijk, Wassenaar and the Westland. If your town isn't on the list, call anyway — for a bigger job I'll travel further.
You get a fixed price before I start, not an hourly rate that keeps growing. Small jobs I can usually quote over the phone, or from a couple of photos on WhatsApp. For bigger work — a bathroom, a full renovation — I come and look first, and that visit costs you nothing. The price covers the work; materials are quoted separately so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
That's the whole point of calling me instead of three separate companies. A dripping tap, cracked tiles and a socket that stopped working are one appointment, one price and one person to hold responsible. I've worked across all the trades since 2010 — plumbing, electrics, tiling, carpentry, painting — so for most jobs I don't need to bring anyone else in.
Small jobs usually the same week. I answer messages the same day, normally within a few hours — WhatsApp is quickest. For a full renovation we agree the start date together, because that depends on materials and on how much has to come out first.
Call, don't message. If I'm free or nearby, I'll come the same day — a leak or a dead circuit doesn't wait for a slot in the diary. If I can't make it, I'll tell you straight away instead of leaving you hanging.
Weekdays 8:00–20:00, weekends 9:00–18:00.
Either works. If I buy them, the cost is in the quote you approve before I start, and the receipts come with the invoice — no surprises at the end. If you'd rather choose the tiles or the taps yourself, tell me what you have in mind and I'll give you the exact list and quantities before you go.
Always in writing, and always before I start. How long depends on the work — a bathroom with waterproofing behind the tiles isn't the same promise as a shelf on the wall, and I won't pretend one number covers both. Whatever we agree goes into the quote, so you have it on paper. If something I installed works loose, starts leaking or fails within that term, I come back and put it right at no cost. The materials themselves carry the manufacturer's warranty, and I hand you the receipts so you can claim on it.
For the first visit, preferably — I'd rather see the problem together with you and hear what you actually want. After that, plenty of clients just give me a key and go to work. I lock up behind me and leave the place cleaner than I found it: dust sheets down, everything vacuumed, rubbish taken away.
